All our farms are run as a family business where the birds live in secure houses with access to food, water and warmth so they can behave like chickens should. They are fed only quality ingredients so you can be assured of a Class A product that is fresh and succulent. Our 100% British chickens are reared to Red Tractor standards which are independently checked by Assured Food Standards inspectors. These standards cover production from farm to pack and include food safety as well as health and wellbeing. Our birds are fed only wholesome ingredients like home-grown cereals that are good for them, and ultimately good for you.

Our Free Range Chicken Our Free Range chickens are reared to the best welfare standards because we provide the birds with an environment that encourages them to explore outdoors. They live in naturally ventilated houses with access to a paddock during daylight hours where they can forage for insects, dust bathe and express their natural behaviour.

Our 100% British Beef is all Farm Assured, this means that it meets the strict guidelines required for environment and hygiene management, feed, housing, medicine and veterinary treatments. Here at Aldi we work to build long term relationships with all of our Beef suppliers and by only selecting beef from Farm Assured sources not only can we trace all of the meat back to its farm but we can always be sure that we sell the best quality beef at the best prices.

	The way we feed our livestock carries particular importance and all our Farmers ensure a nutritious feed ration that is 100% vegetarian. From farrowing to weaning to growing ready for production, at every stage the standards of rearing our stock is paramount in order to ensure our pork is of the best quality.
