This is a blend of Colombard and Shiraz that has been run off the red wine tanks after 18 to 24 hours and then cool fermented as a white wine at 15°C. This produces a fruity pink wine full of the flavours of redcurrants and raspberries with just a hint of citrus on the finish. Drink it chilled with salads, cold meats and best of all, with hot or cold salmon.
