Perfect for drinking alone, or as a base for cocktails, Veuve Olivier Blanc de Blancs Brut is a summer must-have. The base wine is made up from some 60% Spanish grapes (30% Airène and 15% each Macebeo and Parellada) and around 20% each Colombard and Ugni Blanc from France. Mix it 50/50 with freshly squeezed orange juice to make a Bucks Fizz, or peach juice to create a Bellini. Or, for the more adventurous, mix with draught Guinness for a smooth Black Velvet.
