A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Carmenère grown in Chile and irrigated with snow melt from the Andes. It combines the rich, blackcurrant character of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the generous red and blackberry fruit flavours of the Carmenère. A medium weight, fruity wine, that can be served with roasts, grills, and stews.
