100% Merlot, fully fermented out to produce a deep crimson red wine with spicy notes of slightly bitter cherries and the richness of black and red berry jams. A smooth, well-rounded wine with attractive leafy flavours that marries well with most red meat dishes as well as roast chicken or duck.
