Pool safety

• NEVER leave a child unattended in the water or pool area for any reason, even if they’re wearing buoyancy aids. Don’t be distracted by doorbells, telephones, chores or conversations.
• Check the pool area regularly for glasses, bottles, toys or other potential accident hazards.
• Keep CD players and other electrical appliances away from the pool area or wet surfaces.
• Stay out of the pool during rain/thunderstorms.
• Make sure the cover is completely and securely fixed, without any gaps.
• Don’t let children walk over the cover.
• Keep a long pole or buoyancy aid close to the pool for use in emergencies.
